Year 5 took their Maths outside today to work on comparing and ordering decimal numbers. The children had great fun racing against each other! We took the Maths back into the classroom where they ordered and compared their running times as decimal numbers.

Elephant Class have been enjoying learning about measurement this week and how to use a ruler and metre stick to measure in centimetres. We have been taking lots of opportunities to practise. Here they are measuring items on our playground.

Jeudi dernier, l’année 5 a pris un petit-déjeuner français et a fait semblant de gérer nos propres restaurants. Les enfants ont dû utiliser un menu français pour rédiger les reçus et calculer le total de la facture, etc.
